was granted a General Contractors license in March of 1998 to engage in Commercial, Industrial and Residential construction in the State Of Tennessee. We currently hold an 2.6 million ($2,600,000.00), No. 00041907. Our offices at 10710 Coward Mill Rd, Knoxville, Tennessee centrally house the company's home office.
BONDING AND INSURANCE
is able to furnish full bonding for all projects as needed and is fully insured through Tennessee Insurance Services. Our Bonding Agent is Mr. James F. Oakes with offices at 1900 Winston Rd., Knoxville, Tennessee 37919. Our insurance coverage includes Property Insurance, General and Public Liability Insurance, Automobile Insurance, Worker's Compensation Insurance and a Commercial Umbrella Policy. Formed in 1991, the Construction Division of Tennessee Insurance Service, Inc. consists of eleven full-time employees with over 65 years of combined experience in handling contractors needs exclusively.
BANKING
